C. Deferrals:
If you have a valid legal excuse for removal from the jury list or deferral of jury duty to the next term, you must fill out and submit a “Deferral” form to the Clerk's Office in the Bulloch County Judicial Annex, 2 Siebald Street, Statesboro, Georgia. Please note that you are not deferred from jury duty and must appear at jury duty unless you hear directly from the Judge's office that your deferral request has been approved . A copy of the Deferral Form which you may fill out prior to visiting the Clerk's Office follows below.

E. Where to go for State Court jury duty:
The State Court of Bulloch County is located in the historic Bulloch County Courthouse in the center of downtown Statesboro, Georgia, at 2 North Main Street. The Courthouse is a large red structure with white trim and a clock tower. The Courthouse is located on U.S. Highway 301 and State Route 67.
In addition to spaces which may be available on the streets surrounding the Courthouse,
public parking is available behind the Bulloch County Judicial Annex across Courtland and Siebald Streets from the Courthouse. Public parking is also available down Courtland Street at the intersection with Oak Street, behind the Magistrate Court on Oak Street, and in front of the U.S. Post Office at the intersection of West Main and College Streets.
